Time & attendance for frontline staff—QR at the store, geofence check-in, or NFC. No extra hardware.
What the project delivers
Clock-in/out for cashiers, sales floor, and warehouse teams via phone. Three modes—pick what fits: QR code at the point of sale (bound to the location to reduce spoofing), geofence (e.g. bot action “I am on site” verified within about 100 m of the store), or NFC tag at the entrance for the fastest flow at busy doors. Ties identities to AuthCore, locations to OrgChart, and exports to ReportCenter. Optional AI layer: pattern insights (repeat lateness, understaffed days), anomalies (e.g. checked in then left within minutes), and light staffing forecasts from history.
How it improves operations
Replaces paper journals and fragmented Excel with an automatic timesheet—who arrived, when, and hours worked. Optional alert if someone has not checked in shortly after shift start. One-click monthly rollups for payroll; live view for managers on who is on site, who missed shift, and overtime.
